I went to Ladywood High School in Livonia, Michigan from 1972 to 1976. I had a wonderful teacher named Sister Martin Ann. She taught religion and made it relative to your life. We did special things in the month of May to honor Mary the Virgin Mother. She was always very kind and could make you feel good on a bad day. Sister Martin Ann was transferred to a school in Mannistee, Michigan before I graduated. We wrote letters to each other even when I went away to college. I will always remember her for being so funny, kind and loving. She has a special place in my heart.
