Affordable Housing

We recognize the desperate need for affordable housing and are working to provide safe communities for those living in poverty, veterans, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations.

Angela Court Senior Residence - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Angela Court Senior Residence, located on the campus of Felician-sponsored St. Ignatius Nursing & Rehab Center, consists of two housing communities for low-income elderly persons. Funded by low-income tax credits, Angela Court is part of the St. Ignatius mission of serving low-income elderly persons by providing a safe, comfortable, modern housing option with support services so residents can maintain their independence for as long as possible.  

Francis House - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Francis House is a 60-bed assisted living and personal care facility in West Philadelphia on the campus of Felician-sponsored St. Ignatius Nursing & Rehab Center that provides affordable housing for low-income elderly persons.

Our Lady of Grace Village - Newark, Delaware
Built on the site of a former Felician orphanage, Our Lady of Grace Village is a 60-unit affordable housing community serving households with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income. Twelve units are handicapped accessible and six are designated for special populations, including persons with disabilities. (Applications for Our Lady of Grace Village are managed by East Coast Management.
