Join Sr. Judith Marie Blizzard, CSSF, as she explores the importance of forgiveness – forgiving others as well as ourselves – and how the act of forgiveness impacts both our physical and spiritual selves. Sr. Judith Marie Blizzard, CSSF
Sr. Judith Marie Blizzard, CSSF, received her B.A. in Education and Religious Studies at Felician University in Lodi, NJ, and her Masters in Spirituality at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Her ministries have been in education, leadership, vocation ministry, formation, retreat ministry, and spiritual direction. She is currently a spiritual director in the Pittsburgh area and is involved in evangelization, retreat ministry, and giving parish missions. She is also the mission leader for the Mooncrest Neighborhood Programs in Moon Township, PA.

Practicing Mindfulness, Living Mindfully

Join Sr. Leanne Hartmann as she teaches participants about the practice and benefits of mindfulness meditation as prayer. We will use breathing and quiet reflection to achieve a consciousness and awareness of the present moment, providing an opportunity for the Spirit to work within us. Sr. Leanne Hartmann, CSSF
Sr. Leanne Hartmann, CSSF, attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and Notre Dame University in Notre Dame, Indiana. She also holds a certificate in spiritual direction from the Siena Retreat Center run by the Dominican Sisters in Racine, Wisconsin. In addition to her work in retreat ministry and spiritual direction, Sr. Leanne currently provides pastoral care for the Our Lady of the Angels Convent in Chicago.
