Violence in the Capitol

In the spirit of the nonviolent Jesus and the example of peacemaking handed down to us from SaintsFrancis and Clare of Assisi, the Felician Sisters of North America decry the violence that occurred at ournation’s Capitol and the attempts to interfere inthe democratic process of certifying the election. Wejoin other people of faith in praying for the safety of our legislators, our President and Vice President-elect, and all who work to uphold democracy
